Shipping Policy

We understand how frustrating shipping fees can be. To ensure a better experience, all orders within Greece are now shipped free of charge.

For Cyprus, shipping is free on orders over €70.

Shipping is currently available only in Greece and Cyprus. International shipping is not supported at this time.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 business days after processing is complete.

Returns Policy

Customers have the right to return a product within 14 days from the date of purchase, at their own shipping cost. The product must be unworn, sealed, and in a resalable condition.

To initiate a return, the customer must contact us at [email protected], providing the order details, customer information, and the reason for the return.

Defective Products

If a product arrives defective or damaged, return shipping costs will be covered by us. The customer must contact us within 30 days from the order date by email at [email protected], providing photos of the defect to verify the claim.
